Plans in for £40m Newcastle student rooms blocks

Newcastle developer Adderstone Group has submitted plans for a 535-bed student scheme in the city at the the site of the Technopole office building.

The office at King’s Manor Business Park has remained empty for a number of years. Now the developer plans to demolish the building and replace it with two student accommodation blocks.
