Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle is set for more student accommodation

Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle is set for more student accommodation with plans being drawn up for a ten-storey scheme on a site which currently houses a disused workshop.

Borden Properties is behind an application to demolish the existing workshop on the corner of St James Street and Norfolk Street and replace it with a residential development of 171 apartments. Under the proposals, designed by NS Architects, there would also be a gym and two commercial units.
