Plans for major student accommodation in Leamington Old Town
Proposals have been revealed for more purpose-built student accommodation in Leamington’s Old Town.
Alumno Developments, a specialist student housing company, is proposing a development to provide around 200 student rooms in the Althorpe Street area.
