Plans in for huge mixed-use Newcastle scheme
A hybrid application to construct a 331-bed student accommodation building, a hotel and an office building in Newcastle city centre has been submitted. If approved, the development is expected to create almost 300 jobs.
The proposal, submitted by Nathaniel Litchfield & Partners (NLP) on behalf of Select Property Group, is split into a full and outline application for land at Strawberry Place, close to St James’ Park.
