Fresh details emerge about 790 bed student complex – Liverpool
Fresh details have emerged about a proposal to create a 790-bed student accommodation complex opposite St Luke’s Church in Liverpool city centre.
The developers claim it would “act as a catalyst to the urban renewal in this part of Liverpool”.
