Exeter City FC have revealed plans to develop student housing
Exeter City FC have revealed plans to redevelop their St James Park ground, which will include a student housing scheme on adjoining land.
The club said the plans were at the “very earliest stages of formulation” and would “significantly” increase the spectator facilities.
