New £40.6m RBS refinancing deal for Ardmuir Group
Ardmuir Group has secured a £40.6m refinancing deal with RBS to support its future growth.
The Aberdeen provider of student accommodation supports five different student developments in the North East, providing accommodation for more than 700 undergraduates at Robert Gordon and Aberdeen Universities. The business also owns a number of hotel investments in Scotland let to Premier Inn and Travellodge.
