Student digs group names management firm – Durham
The consortium behind multi-million pound plans to turn a former mental hospital into student digs has named the firm that would run the accommodation.
If given planning permission to convert the former County Hospital, off North Road, Durham, Sladen Estates, Peveril Securities and Helios Properties would deploy Victoria Hall to manage the development. he group said Victoria Hall managed more than 9,000 bed spaces across the UK and won an award for its quality student accommodation for the fourth consecutive year at last year’s National Student Housing Awards.
