A previous application for the site from Campus Living Villages UK Ltd and Kier Property Investment wanted to build three separate blocks – of 11, 10 and five storeys on the site, plus a separate seven-storey block. That scheme, withdrawn last year, comprised 102 flats with 405 bedrooms.
