£42m Unite student accommodation project approved – Portsmouth
One of the largest student accommodation management and building firms in the country, Unite Group, have been given the green light by Portsmouth Council for a landmark student property in Greetham Street, Portsmouth.
The £42m development will house around 836 students and completion is anticipated in time for the 2016/17 academic year.
