Nido student accommodation considers IPO

Student accommodation provider Nido is considering a float on the London Stock Exchange, according to Alliance News.

According to a source close to the matter, Nido, which builds luxury digs in London, is apparently examining a range of financing options. These include an initial public offering, refinancing, a bond placement or a full sale.
