Revealed: Images that show Genesis Trust premises on Bath turned into student flats
The first images have been revealed of how a Blitz damaged building will be transformed into student accommodation.
Development management firm, Iesis, has released the images as part of its pre-application consultation on its proposals for a Grade II listed building on James Street West – currently home to the Genesis Trust – which will see the ground floor converted into retail space and three new floors built above providing 100 student rooms.
