Preston-based contractor Marcus Worthington & Co has begun work on a £4.5m student accommodation scheme in Preston.
The development on Walker Street at the heart of thecity’s student quarter, adjacent to the University of Central Lancashirecentral campus, will comprise 174 units.
It is being delivered for Cosmopolitan Student Homes, the specialist student accommodation arm of Cosmopolitan Housing.
