The Quill student accommodation tower faces legal action

Plans for a landmark 31-storey tower in London known as “The Quill” have come under legal attack.

A judge has given objectors permission to bring a High Court challenge over the granting of planning permission for the project in Southwark, south-east London.

Mr Justice Lindblom ruled the objectors had an “arguable” case which should go to a full hearing in the near future.
