Sheffield councillors to consider plans for new flats

Gladman Developments is applying to extend planning permission to create a five-storey building of student flats, which would house up to 127 people on the site of the former Royal Works, on Priestley Street, Lowfield.

The land is currently empty, having had all previous buildings bulldozed, and no objections have been made to the plans.
