Plan to expand student village – Sheffield
Plans have been drawn up to extend Norfolk Park student village. A total of 72 en-suite bedrooms are being proposed for students and young professionals as part of a four-storey development off Norfolk Park Road.
Already 700 residents live in shared houses and flats at the village, which dates from the 1970s and which Sheffield Hallam University sold to city-based Oak Estates.
