Hotel bid wins approval – Bristol

THE former Bristol Magistrates’ Court building will be redeveloped into flats and a hotel, after councillors finally gave approval.

Developer Deeley Freed will now be able to convert the Nelson Street building into a 161-bed Travelodge hotel, with 132 student flats.
