New bid for private flats in Peterborough city centre
Multi-million pound plans to transform a disused 1960s office block in Peterborough into a student flat complex have been scrapped.
Instead developers want to turn the former Inland Revenue offices in Hereward House, above Wilkinson in Broadway, into 32 plush apartments on floors three to eight.
