Wrexham student housing plan could get green light
Plans to turn a former Wrexham town centre nightclub into student accommodation have taken a step closer to becoming a reality.
Plans to demolish the former Scotts nightclub on Brook Street and build two four-storey buildings to house 107 students have been recommended for approval by planning officers, ahead of a Wrexham Council planning committee meeting.
