Student housing plan for Mount Oswald Golf Club site approved – Durham
Plans for housing and student accommodation on a golf course in County Durham have been given the go-ahead by council planners.
The £200m scheme at Mount Oswald Golf Club, near Durham City, includes more than 300 homes, and 13 student blocks.
