Student accommodation refurbishment – York
As well as laying the foundations for a brand new 650 bed Langwith College on Heslington East, this summer sees the start of a phased refurbishment of student accommodation across Heslington West. An investment of over £2 million is being made to upgrade kitchens, bedrooms and living areas. In total around 770 bedrooms in Derwent, Halifax and St Lawrence will be remodelled.
