Plans for 120 student beds in Stoke-On-Trent
Councillors have voted unanimously to approve a new student accommodation block on the site of an old cinema in Stoke-on-Trent.
The 120-bedroom development will be located on Consort Street, where the old Lomax cinema used to be.
