UK university students have chosen Liberty Living as Best Private Halls Provider 2010 in this year’s National Student Housing Survey. The survey is now in its 3rd year and is having a major impact on the industry’s commitment to service levels.
The NSHS annual survey of over 10,000 students across the UK, which was announced on August 25, showed Liberty Living’s award was based on the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Liberty Living scored particularly well in the categories for the condition and quality of its properties, the student’s relationship with management and the repairs categories – all areas where proactive professional management can add value.
