Plans submitted for student flats at Hoe Centre site – Plymouth

A planning application to convert the site of an old armed services building into student accommodation has been submitted to Plymouth City Council.

The University of Plymouth owns the partly-demolished Hoe Centre and former Navy, Army and Air Force Institutes (NAAFI) on Notte Street.
