Plans for 807 beds in Manchester approved
Plans for a £95m luxury student accommodation scheme which will transform a derelict site at a prominent Manchester gateway have been approved.
Downing is behind the River Street application which earmarks a one-acre site bound by the Mancunian Way to the south, River Street to the north, Premier Inn to the east and Garwood Street to the west for development.
