45-storey tower Student Tower proposed next to London Bridge Station
Greystar plans to submit a planning application next month for the Capital House site at the corner of St Thomas Street and Weston Street.
A previous proposal for the site – a 31-storey tower dubbed ‘The Quill’ – was put forward in 2009 and won planning consent in 2011.
