Work gets underway building student flats in Belfast city centre
Work has started on a 474 bedroom block of student flats in the middle of Belfast.
Building firm Gilbert-Ash says they hope to have the project, at Great Patrick Street, finished by the end of August, 2018.
The build contract is being valued at £22 million, which is part of an “overall investment” of £37 million in the development by Olympian Homes. The work is expected to be finished ahead of the opening of Ulster University’s new Belfast city centre campus …
