399 room accommodation complex set for approval – Liverpool
A proposed scheme to create a six-storey accommodation complex with 399 rooms near the University of Liverpool looks set to be waved through by Liverpool City Council.
The local authority’s planning committee has been advised that the development would bring a vacant and unattractive site back into beneficial use.
