Empiric Student Property has raised £86.4m, gross, through a placing and offer for subscription.
The issue, which was significantly oversubscribed, comprises the final tranche of the share issuance programme under which 300 million Shares will have been issued, raising gross proceeds of £312.0 million over the last 12 months.
