Student housing at Woodgate approved – Loughborough
Plans for a town centre development that can house 100 students have been approved – five years after the application was submitted.
WP Investments want to build a three to six storey development on land at Woodgate, next to the Beehive Lane car park, complete with 29 student flats, a launderette, management office and commercial floorspace.
