Student growth fuels Unite

Student accommodation developer Unite has reported a strong set of interim results and said it was well positioned for further growth as student numbers are expected to rise to record levels for 2015/16.

In the six months to 30 June 2015, the Bristol-based group’s rental income increased from £45m a year ago to £51.6m, helping total revenue jump from £57.9m to £141.8m.
