Developers announce plans for 35 storey building of student accommodation in Cardiff city centre
The landscape of Cardiff could be set to change, as proposals for a 35-storey tower of student accommodation for the city centre are announced.
The proposal is for a “landmark building” for the city which developers say could be between 30 and 35 storeys.
