Chester luxury student scheme set for approval

Proposals to convert a former bakery next to the Northgate Arena Leisure Centre in central Chester into a luxury student accommodation scheme look set to get the go-ahead after developers scaled back earlier plans.

The developer originally wanted to create 150 flats but this has now been reduced to 121 flats.
