Benacre on hunt for Birmingham student scheme partner
The hunt is on for a development partner to build a new student accommodation block containing more than 300 apartments in Birmingham city centre.
Benacre Properties has received the green light to turn the Gallan Group car park, on the corner of Pershore and Upper Dean streets near the Wholesale Markets, into a mixed-use scheme containing 323 studios, five commercial units totalling 7,530 sq ft and bike and car parking.
