Lincoln student accommodation tenants go bust leaving 170 students in limbo

More than 170 Lincoln students living in nearly 50 city properties have been forced to contact their banks after their landlords went bust.

Acepoint tenants were shocked to receive letters telling them the student accommodation provider had gone into administration. The Hull-based business, which had a property portfolio in the East Riding city, Lincoln and Loughborough, had faced cash-flow problems.
