New 185-bed student flats plan could see Plymouth paint shop and art college buildings bulldozed
A paint shop and a Plymouth College of Art building could be demolished to make way for student flats standing up to nine storeys high.
Plans to build rooms for 185 students have been submitted to the council as part of a development that would see the Dulux Decorator Centre in Greenbank bulldozed.
