Empiric acquires Southampton student property for £3.6m
Empiric Student Property (ESP) has acquired a 46-bed student property in Southampton for £3.6 million.
ESP acquired the property, which is 96% let for the 2014-15 academic year, from Urban Creation. The development is close to another of ESP’s student accommodation schemes, Brunswick House.
Chief executive Paul Hadaway said: “Once our Brunswick House development has completed, we will be able to offer students in both properties access to combined facilities, with the benefit of shared operational costs for the company.” …
