Residents blast plan for student ‘cluster flats’ – Bristol

We’ve become used to seeing them spring up on a regular basis in the city centre and Clifton of late. But now student flats could be built in an inner city suburb not regarded as a hub for university goers – St Paul’s.

There are plans to create a five-storey block of accommodation for 285 students in Dean Street, a stone’s throw from Portland Square.
