£30 million ‘student village’ plan for Eastside Locks

A massive £30 million regeneration development featuring a student village has been announced for Birmingham.

Alumno Developments is investing the money to deliver a canalside scheme at Eastside Locks, which will be one of the first prominent buildings visitors see as they arrive at the proposed HS2 Curzon Street Station.
