Empiric buys Southampton student accommodation scheme
Empiric Student Property (ESP) has entered a joint venture with Revcap Advisors to acquire a 158-student bed portfolio.
ESP will purchase the freehold of Brunswick House from Bannerdale Estates for £3.6 million.
