Investors plough £141m in UOL accommodation – London

The University of London has secured a £141 million investment to build a new student accommodation scheme.

The Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC), a specialist provider of insurance solutions for defined benefit pension funds, provided £114 million in bond debt, while developer UPP provided £26.9 million in sub-debt and equity.
