Nottingham development reveals changing face of student accommodation

The wraps are slowly coming off what is being called a new benchmark in contemporary student living.

A terrace of seven elegant town houses will provide a home for 84 students who, in September 2014, will be the first residents to experience what the architects call “aspirational yet socially and environmentally responsible student living”.

Graystacks, in Castle Boulevard, looks set to become a city centre gateway landmark overlooking the canal near Castle Meadow.
