NAV up 6% at GCP Student Living
GCP Student Living’s economic net asset value per share climbed 5.8% in a 10 month period, according to the firm.
The company, which is the only listed real-estate investment trust in the UK student accommodation sector, was listed last May at 97 pence a share on the London Stock Exchange (Specialist Fund Market) and Channel Island Stock Exchange. But by the end of March that had risen to 102.6 pence.
GCP said that dividend payments were in line with target, with total of 3.35 pence per share having been paid for the period to 31 December 2013 …
