Construction firm in £14m student accommodation project

Blackpool building firm Create Construction has won the contracted to undertake a £14m student accommodation scheme.

The firm based at Neptune Court, Hallam Way-has been brought in by Vita Ventures which has overall control of the Bristol flats scheme.

The two have teamed up previously, on a a £17m Vita Student refurbishment scheme called Portland House, in Exeter city centre.
Now Create has been called in to deliver Colston Avenue, in Bristol, which is expected to appeal to undergraduates from overseas, a demographic which has increased in recent years and who look for luxury accommodation of which there is currently a shortfall in Bristol …
