Developers want to demolish Cardiff city centre office

A seven-storey block of student flats looks set to be built in the heart of Cardiff after plans were submitted to demolish a large 1970s office block.

Developers want to knock down Windsor House, Windsor Lane, off Dumfries Place to make way for the new building which will accommodate up to 321 students.
