Inflexion acquires CableCom
Inflexion Private Equity has bought the internet solutions provider CableCom for an undisclosed sum.
EducationInvestor revealed in September that the firm was for sale, and could fetch more than £50 million.
Previously owned by ISIS Equity Partners, CableCom provides networking solutions, primarily in student accommodation, but also for social housing and key worker accommodation.
