Administrators appoint Derwent to operate four Opal student accommodation sites
Joint Administrators David Crawshaw and Rob Croxen from KPMG have appointed Derwent Students to operate four Opal student accommodation properties in Nottingham, Sheffield, Liverpool and Wrexham.
Derwent will manage and maintain the buildings, as well as marketing accommodation places to domestic and international students, handling all bookings and providing the full range of tenant services.
