Unite to spearhead new student accommodation trade group within BPF
A number of student accommodation providers have teamed up to form a new trade group within the British Property Federation (BPF).
The BPF’s Student Accommodation Committee aims to “promote closer relationships with universities, local authorities and the wider investment community”.
The Committee, which met for the first time last month, is chaired by Unite Group’s managing director for property Richard Simpson.
