New Pure Student housing site set for central London
A site for a £25 million development of student housing has been set-aside by Carlyle Group, which will now see the development of a 19-storey, 417 bedroom student housing tower.
The scheme has been brought about by Pure Student Living, the joint venture between Carlyle Group and Generation Estates.
