Ocon Construction on verge of calling in administrators
The firm is a subsidiary of student property developer Opal and has been behind a series of large schemes at cities across the UK.
One of Ocon’s biggest projects is the £50m Crown Place project for Liverpool University. The university confirmed to the M.E.N it has taken control of the development, with Ocon staff who had been working on it transferred to a new subsidiary company.
